Leftover steak? The steak sandwich is a great way to use it up.

1 sourdough or French bread loaf
2 Perfect steaks thin sliced
5 slices swiss cheese
2 handfuls arugula
Chipotle mayonnaise
Sundried tomatoes sliced
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill on LOW. Place the precooked Perfect Steak on the warming rack to reheat slowly. As the steak reheats prep the bread. Cut the loaf lengthwise in half separating the top and bottom. Butter the bread or drizzle some olive oil on it then put face down on the cooking grids to toast. Remove the bread and steak, thin slice the steak and lay it out on the bottom of the loaf, top with cheese slices and sundried tomatoes then put it back on the grill. Once the cheese has melted remove, top with arugula and spread a chipotle mayo onto the top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Slice into 6 segments, enjoy.
